The empty spaces on the right and bottom Don't look right feels like it needs something there to help blend the c4d also avoid placing text in corners

I would personally enlarge the focal, the logo, then sharpen it. It's named a focal because its the focus, the main image. You want it to be the centerpiece.

Main issue I see is how the text is all over the place. You should put the text together. Also, like Radio said, the focal is too small for the sig, try enlarging it some.

Okay we're getting there. Now you should lowering the size on the text by 1 or 2 sizes. Also not sure if you did this or not but when resizing an image hold the "shift" key so you don't lose quality. It's starting to come together you just need to do a little tweaking here and there.

yeah i maintained the proportions i think its just a low quality image, ill replace it and re size the text
