We like seeing new things from you but in order to have your app taken seriously you need to be doing test images.
Any particular reason your choosing to not do them? They aren't a sudden random addition to the app process.
Pretty simple but clean try working on blending and also testout some different effects c4ds fractals abstracts brushes to help add foxyness to your SIGS
Yeah some of your images aren't showing up. Try posting from photobucket as it seems to be the most reliable image hosting website.
From the images I can see I can say you need to focus on blending the render into your backgrounds and work on text placement/style. Try placing text close to the render and at an angle that goes with the flow.

Most of the work we do in the design team is signature and banner work. Making the test images into signatures will show us you are ready to commit to the team rather than joining just to gain the accolade.

Heh, yeah, I always have a problem putting text on the design. I'm good with only text designs, but always choke up when putting a name on a render sig. For the fractals... I was asked to move away from so many so that's what I'm trying to do at the moment. I'll use some C4D's in the next designs. As for blending, I won't let you down on the next few sigs. As I said before, I like the contrast, but I'm not the boss =D
Well youre not always given the best image to work with when it comes to requests. Work with what ya got ^.^
I don't know if you mind that I might not do amazing on these. I've been working on larger art and different styles, but we'll see. c;
They don't have to look amazing. I know that the images aren't the best (I struggled to find inspiration for them in my app) however like Sakura said sometimes people request the use of terrible images for their signatures. It might not turn out the best but it is practice for when your blankly staring at your screen later on when someone has seemingly gone out of their way to provide you with the weirdest image possible for their signature lol.
We get accolades just for being on the design team? I expect my stock certificate and certificate of authenticity in the mail immediately! ...lol...these guys are just trying to help virus. Do the test images I love Lady Gaga, here's how much...
You do good stuff, just stick to the clans spec sizes for images and complete the requirements (test images/battle) and in no time you too can do all the fire and zombie themed sigs your imagination can handle. :=)... hope to work with ya soon man...
your images are unique and interesting, your text needs help. Think subtly. Think of your image as 3 parts, in this order. Focal image, text, flow... from a technical point of view try gradient maps OR clipping masks to hep blend text a little better.
I've done this before, I had a shop going for 2 1/2 years on my own lol. Part of it is just me being lazy, the other part is just like I don't really have any inspiration for them. I'll do this week's test images though.
but see that's an issue. It's required to do ATLEAST 2 sigs a week, plus other things to be a Designer. They have enough inactivity as it is.....Half the sigs I put out were followed by a "bleck", basically saying I just whipped something together in 15 minutes, but it was still effort. You have talent, just use it a few times a week
