ANY LT'S OR CPT'S TO SPARE

Just wondering if any other General would have either a Captain or a well trained , almost ready, Lieutenant that could come over to KoG Concepts. I have around 12 members and maybe 4 more being recruited and I have one Captain and no Lieutenants. If anyone could help , lemme know!
