ok im really just posting this to ask for help and or see if anyone else feels the same way. ever since i got genneral in prophecy ive feelt like im pushing a boulder up a hill and it keeps falling down. we grow and grow then something happens, we do it again and something happens. i try my hardest to keep my clan togeather, and latly things have been great but i feel like its all just going to go appart again. i also feel like i have a bad rap for all the things that have happend to me, cuz i also dont hang out with many gennerals and sl/dls, only my clan and close friends. basicly in my current situation i dont feel like im getting anywhere. weither it be section leader or a more respected genneral, i just feel helpless

Ya man exactly what he said. The captains do all the hard work within the clan. You just make sure that they are doing their job and help run a little. Also don't promote people that don't deserve it. When you recruit look for quality members, don't go looking for a bunch of members just to split.

thanks for the advice, i just wanna add that i didnt post this to sound whiney, but i know that ive come along as a genneral, just more worried about moving up in the eyes of my peers

yea this just happend to me last night i got my clan up to 100 for 2 weeks straight we were going to split last night when they partially nit my clan and 3 of them left don't worry just shake it off and do your best to rebuild it that is what i'm going 2 try to do now

how many members do you have now? and actually dude, my clan just got hit as well, and right now myself and some captains have gotten it from 10 to 31 so we are just trying to rebuild which is the best advice I can give you bro, good luck.

yea we all know scorpion doesn't use them thought :) haha just playin but yea not enough people use the forums probally like maybe 100 people in KoG use the forums everyday if even that XGC puts us to shame in that category

to answer your question to zepplen we now have 85 to 90 members max....4 captians left all in one night and took some people with them and went to start there own clan. Yea that put us in a bad spot but we still have luitenants willing to help us just as much if not more then those captians that left so now they have a chance to get captian. Max when somethin goes wrong with the clan like your people leaving just look at the positives which are at least those people left before you got enough to split cuz if they would have stayed then when you would have split everything would have been alot worse. Best thing to do is train your people well and give them a reason to wanna stay. Hope some of this helped!!!

yea but hurrying to split your clan isnt a good idea so if your not ready dont rush into it because if you do then when you split if everything goes to hell it will be 2 times as worse as it could have been
