Ladies and Gents one of captians and his LT are going to be holding Sgt's classe's for Sgt's and below for all of those that are interested. The class should run about and hour and will be ran on Saturday's. We are unsure of the time yet but if you have Sgts that you would like to attend a informational class then please let me know by either posting in this thread or sending me a PM. Also include there tags and the best time that they will be on and availible Saturday. We will go with the best time frame once we have a good idea of when it will be best for everyone. Again a great oppurtunity for Sgt's and below!

soo.. it's pretty much the same as the recruitment talk?.. well i'll let them know it's happening at our next meeting but I sincerly doubt any of them are going to want to but another good idea is to make captains classes and generals classes because they would have much more information and important information to cover then a sergeant would

no its not the same as a recruitment talk its completly different and alot more detailed and indepth...secondly there are generals classes and captains classes, this is another way to help people out that want to excell in this community

well i don't have a section leader at the moment i have to wait for knight but in the mean time i would like to educate myself so later on i am utterly prepared so could you be so kind as to point me in the right direction please?

XGC tommygun xd runs a captains class on saturdays at 3 pm eastern, if interested he asked people to pm him on this site. i was in a generals class last week run by hylander XC, my section leader got me in his class. any questions just pm me i do my best to answer!

Is this for every division or just XGC [Ex: Syndacite]? And how will the meeting be run in a way that will keep them in check and actually interested? All this seems like a good idea but Im not sure if its something I myself can do and put into a few sentences for them. You know, in order not to waste time. How in deph will it be specifically?

this is for anyone that is interested in sending sgt's and below. basically what they will cover is the rank structure and the honor code only in more depth. by that i mean they will explain what it means to hold every rank and what there positions are and how you get there. they will also cover leadership traits and how to be a good recrutier. basic things that will help them progress farther in the community. ALSO IT WILL BE AT 5PM EST

sfranger i believe this is kinda a good idea. i don't know how much more you can go into detail about the honor code. But i know a lot of srgts. that need help with the role model side of things and also helpin out the lower ranks. I also believe that this is the generals and captains job to make sure the srgts. our doing there job. I have enough srgts. to fill an entire class if you're guys are interested in having a class with them feel free to contact me and i'll bring you're guys into the party with them. Thanks.

So Im guessin everyday, right? Do you think you could put it at 7 PM Eastern? Due to certain ppl's schedule Mountain time and Pacific time wont be able to attend.
