I was just wondering what the green squares on the profile means....i have one and post people have one but u have two on one of ur accounts and other have like 5 or 6....what are they and hos do u get them?

That is rep. People leave rep on you based on your posts. The more posts, the more rep power you have.

The more post's the more power rep you have. Meaning when you leave rep on someone it will boost them.
In the bottom left had corner of you info area is a little file. That is how you leave rep on people.
