    So you would like to be promoted huh? Well ask yourself these questions....

    1. Do I know the role and responsibility of the position I want?
    2. Do I particiate on the forum and game online with my clan frequently?
    3. Do I do anything to make the clan better or grow?
    4. How much do I really know about a XG? Do I really know my Chain of Command and how to use it?
    5. Am I really ready to be a leader and what does leadership mean to me?

    Recruiting tips:

    2 to 4 clan members in a lobby, at least one is a sergeant.
    Pick up a fellow gamer that meets our criteria.
    Play a few games, get to know him/her.
    Ask if they want to join..if no, continue playing with them, no hard feelings, they may contact you later about joining, if yes, Get them read in.
    If no, play a few more games, during this time, talk about the fun stuff in the clan, give good call outs, make them feel like one of us.
    Then, after a few more games, ask if they want info or if they want to join.

    This is the basic outline of our recruiting process. This is written in an electronic medium, so it can be altered, and do so if it is easier for you. Remember, recruiting builds larger squads, larger squads get split, creating larger clans. Larger clans get split, creating more opportunities for people to rank up into LT, Captain, general, and XS positions. Don't be afraid to be turned down. Just keep recruiting.

    Very proud of my BROTHERHOOD family, when i took over as General of this clan we only had 6 active members and 9 inactive members, Look at us now!, 33 ACTIVE MEMBERS and growing Every day !!!!
