Please help me congratulate the members of XGC Torment XK on their clan split into XGC Oblivion XK. Their General, XGC ModernGhost, has put a lot of time into creating the best possible environment within his clan, and the positive effect of his efforts can be seen with their second clan split in six weeks.

Another big congratulations to XGC LightKira on his promotion to General of the new split clan, XGC Oblivion XK. He's been a quality Captain since his promotion five months, and deserves this new rank as much as anyone I've worked with.
