Ghost King as in the Dead Men of Dunharrow? Orrrrrrr Théoden from Rohan? Orrrrrr the leader of the Nazgul? Orrrrrr the Witch King of Angmar? Orrrrr Sauron himself?

Lots of dead ghost kings in LoTR, or semi-dead.
