What he said was the generals have the ability to make a decision on the transfer and at all times must do so with the approval of a section leader.  There is a discussion about the transfer within a section as some section leaders have allowed their generals to make the decision that is good for their squads. I personally agree with this as it is your squad BUT, you still need to tell the Section Leader what is going on before you do it.  Understand that a Section Leader is responsible for all squads so although Generals run them we have to insue the best is being done for XG as well as the squad.</blockquote>
