Both Generals should be aware that this individual wants a transfer and both generals must agree upon it before they even bring it to the SL. The General in the other Clan must always be the one to approach you about someone wanting to xfer into your clan. I myself had a SL tell me that a person wanted to Xfer out of my clan  and I tell you I did not like that. He did not do it the proper way to Get Xfer. If anyone does not know how some of processes work just come talk to me or get a hold of anything other General for I am sure that they are always willing to help even if they are not your general.</p></blockquote><p></p>
