WHY UPHOLDING THE HONOR CODE IS SO IMPORTANT!

So I'm usually on Youtube allot and not gonna lie i'm an OpTic fan just because I enjoy their montages and some of their gameplay (until we start getting ours up) and I subscribed to some of the OpTic members youtube channel and OpTic MiDNiTe had posted a video talking about trash talking and whether its entertaining or embarrassing? Now she posted 2 videos showing examples of the trash talking that she was talking about the second video wasn't that bad but the first one definitely made me cherish that we have the honor code and why it's important to constantly uphold it and why XG is different from the other clans. It made me not only mad but also think twice about trash talking even if someone is trash talking me which actually happened to me earlier today which I thought was funny. But anyway here's the video....

Now trash talking to that extent not only....1. makes you look extremely ignorant and 2. show how much class you don't have being a winner. I was honestly mad that trash talking was to this extent I thought it was too far in my opinion but as I told my brother (TheNexusDemon- XGC Devastation) as he watched it with me I'm glad we're apart of XG and that we have that honor code. So let me know what ya'll think about this and how you would feel if you we're being trash talked this bad?

So explain what I had briefly talked about earlier, so I was playing TDM with my clan and we run into this group of 6 now in the beginning nothing was said to eachother on either side so the game started well we won naturally so after seeing this vido I now make it a priority to say good game. So I told them good game and one of the guys on the on the other team says f you you cheap @$$ n*#$er so after hearing this I started to laugh and I say seriously just for saying good game? He says I was host and the lobby was laggy (even tho I wasn't and 2ganes later he timed out) and it was because of my cheap @$$ n*#$er connection lol but im laughing cause this started from saying good game. So yea that was what I experienced last night after watching that video and attempting to show good sportsmanship

See this is a great example of the state of a lot of COD games these days. Which is one reason why I joined XG. There is a place for some taunting and antagonizing other players. Not to this degree. Its childish and immature.

Enter Syndicate..... there was no flow to their trash talking. Wheres the story? All it was was one saying zip it up. Does that mean their jackets since they are going home? Dont understand. Also talking about his bank account? That kids young enough I could be ****ing his mom and paying his allowence. 2.50 son there is your lunch money. Go to school. Get an education, and atleast come back with some creative smack talk. ****s weak son.

To people saying it is childish and immature. I agree most of it is, but like most things in life there is an art to good smack talk. If some one comes at me and paints a verbal picasso. Im going to shake that hand, but if he comes at me with junk it's just dissapointing. Mute em and move on. Unless your SYN then tear em down!

That was because they were only trash talking the other team because they were playing against an old teammate and felt butt hurt that he left to join Envy (they never talk trash) so of course the flow of trash talking was one sided which is why I say it's over the top because if the other team didn't start or reply with their own trash talking then stuff like that shouldn't have been taken to that extent thats just purposely trying to be an @$$hole and disrespectful.

But me personally I don't like to trash talk even tho sometimes in party chat I'll talk smack but to the other team it doesn't do anything especially if we won or win, now of course if we win and the other team trash talks I just laugh and say look at who won and look how negative you went and I leave it at that. But trash talking like that, thats for kids i'm 27 turning 28 yrs old what do I look like trying to trash talk some lil boy because he started trash talking first or because he thought I was bad because I beat him. So as you may see it as an art I see it as a way to look dumb, I don't think its necessary if we're all just trying to enjoy the game ya know.

That video was crazy. I don't think I've trash talked like that when I was in SYN. Those guys looked like they were too old to act like that.
