It should only be a rare instance that someone comes back and it must always go up the chain of command. The problem is, people at captain or general sometimes let their friends back in thinking it is ok because they just left for a short period and didn't do anything bad like hit the clan.  No matter why you leave or get removed it all equals the same thing. Section Leaders and above are very clear on this so no need to amend anything. The rest just need to learn and apply it properly.  That my friend is what your Section Leaders are doing everyday that XG exists. Listen up, learn and teach your fellow XG members the same.
