I think my first paying job was as a paper boy delivering the South Wales Echo. It paid around £40 per week which was quite tasty pocket money for someone who was only like 12 years old.

my grandparents farm since I was 5 got paid a dollar a day! was proud of those dollars too. I even remember buying myself a slice of pizza one day feeling like a big shot.
