For Crucible The Last Word is hands down my favourite weapon for PVE I would have to say Icebreaker it's just so useful in all kinds of situations.

Patience and Silence is amazing, so is the invective shotgun. Both are very useful for all game types

Thats a hard question. Especially, since after every raid I end up with "A Charlie Browns Xmas!", but so far Ice Breaker with Suros Regime a close second.
