You as Section Leaders need to be asking questions to find out if this SL is gonna be successful and if they are being set up with all the tools to be successful.</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Time Management</u></strong></p><p>What does Time Management me to you?</p><p>Does it mean we need to divy up our time with certain members or groups?</p><p>Y or N</p><p>Does it mean we need to spend certain amount of time gaming on said platform?</p><p>Y or N</p><p>Or does it mean we need to divvy up time between our leadership our members and gaming</p><p>Y or N</p><p></p><p><strong><span style="color: rgb(222, 65, 138)">Clan Leaders</span></strong>:</p><p><strong><u>Clan Splits</u></strong></p><p>When preparing a Clan Split remember there is a lot more to doing a split than just making sure user group matches clan list. Making sure gamer tags are spelled correctly.</p><p>We need to make sure when selecting the Squad Leader that we are making sure we have invested all our knowledge we have as being Clan Leaders. At same time we need to make sure all the ducks are in a line.</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Clan Activity</u></strong></p><p>Members have to be gaming and hanging out together on the regular every day or night.</p><p>Game nights - Certain time of the week when member are for sure getting together to game and have a good time and meet the new recruits.</p><p>Clan meetings - This is the time when leaders are sharing news going on in the community/division/clan. Making sure all members are up to date on info or rules that have changed.</p><p></p><p><u><strong>Honor Code</strong></u></p><p>What's the foundation on which this community was built on?</p><p>Answer is The Honor Code.</p><p>The Honor Code is 100% in game treatment of online gaming. It in no way has any meaning toward how we treat each other in game lobbies or otherwise.</p><p>Please be sure that we are honoring the Honor Code at all times. If need be please refer to the website if you need a refresh of the Honor Code.</p></blockquote><p></p>
