First off, let me say welcome to your a new home! SYN provides some of the best gaming and competitive clans available as gamers online. Let's cover a couple things:

1 - You should be aware of our Honor Code and Rank Structure. If you were not read either of these, we’ve already got a problem. Please go and contact the General of your clan, or the captain of your squad. If you are unsure who it is, please contact the person who recruited you and they will navigate you to the appropriate members.

2 - If you can view this thread, this means you accepted the Honor Code AND Rank Structure for SYN during the sign-up process. This means that you are aware of our rules, structure, and terms of service. If there is something that is unclear, please make sure to contact an appropriate leader, such as your Lieutenant or Captain.

3 - You viewing this thread also means your joined your Clan's usergroup. The usergroup is simply a tracking system of where we can easily group all of members according to what clans they are in on the website. Leaders can also locate the leaders of those clans if we need to contact one of their members/leaders.

4 - With access to these Clan forums, you are able to view your Clan's information such as meeting times, practices, tournaments, special events, clan lists, and MUCH more. Let me go ahead and cover how forums work, as far as display is concerned:

  • What you are viewing right now is called a thread. You can create new threads for different subjects for any subject you want, however, you must always follow the Forum Rules located HERE. Make sure you check within each clan’s forum to see if there is already a thread on a certain subject. If not, feel free to make a new thread on the topic of choice.
  • If there was a question you had relating to this thread, you would create a Post. A post is simply another word for reply. Anytime you have a question or have any relevant information to add to a current thread, you should be creating a new post to submit to that thread.


Hopefully with these tips, it will help you to navigate and be able to enjoy the clan side of things a little easier. Enjoy your time here and happy gaming, and remember if there is anything you need just ask. The leaders of SYN are always here to help!
