SYN Formal XS is no stranger in Xiled Gaming. Since 2013 Formal has been going strong in the community. Starting off in XGC, Formal realized a way down the road that he wasn’t quite the right fit with XGC but got playing with a couple of SYN members and realized that the trash talking, SYN Division was for him and quickly proved that he was going to show everyone what he was made of. Since then Formal has seen some interesting times already achieving the rank of Section Leader once before producing several leaders in SYN before personal life dealt a bad hand and Formal decided to step down from his Section Leader responsibilities in order to take care of that business. Shortly after his return to activity, Formal took over SYN Homicidal on the Xbox One and brought the same kind of tenacity that he brought to the table back on the Xbox 360 and showed proper training and good recruiting goes a long way. Formal is continuously showing that he is a hard worker and is here to stay for a long time. Everyone please congratulate SYN Formal XS on his promotion!
