SYN Clan Leader Promotion: KNIGHTSTORM24
KNIGHTSTORM24 originally joined on Nov. 14, 2024. Knight, during his time in SYN Orphanage, has worked hard and started taking an interest in the clan as a whole. His first two months coming in, he was adjusting to SYN FunNuget still being a brand-new Clan Leader, while also adjusting to a new Squad Leader. In his first two months Orphanage, he was shy but was able to approach leadership when issues arose, reverting to the honor code and upholding respect for the current leadership.
Being a new member, he never felt like he had a say in addressing issues that arose. Insecurities got the best of him at first, but after some time getting to know him, myself and Nuget were able to coordinate time to get to know him. Over the next few months, he progressed and began showing interest in leadership, working closely with leaders and making it up the ranks as a Squad Leader. He was able to demonstrate that he possessed the qualities necessary to be an effective and successful leader. Knightstorm24 has demonstrated the ability to unite his squad and other clans to support the community's growth and development.
In February of 2024, Knight was promoted to Squad Leader and created Fallen Yokai for his squad. The name derives from the game Phasmophobia, and for weeks, this is where you could always find him. The friendship that he and Nuget established as CL-SL was more than I could ask for, and he helped the clan in more ways than anyone could ask for. In such a short amount of time, he has made significant progress, fulfilling all his roles and responsibilities as a Squad Leader. Without further ado, it is well deserved and about time that he decided to work his way up the ranks. I am excited to see what he does with the new clan and what he brings to the community next.
