Message: <blockquote data-quote="XGC MooCow" data-source="post: 5482" data-attributes="member: 353"><p>in XGC FRONTLIN3, we do have squads, small, but they are there. currently we have 2 clan meetings a week held where the entire clan is supposed to show up and one squad practice a week for the seperate squads. the squads are also divided up by matchmaking type, we have gold (slayer) squad, blue (sniper) squad, and green (skirmish) squad. i find this to work because that way the clan is together, yet the players that prefer a type of matchmaking have a squad they can practice with. another thing we allow is members of other squads to join in on the other squad's practices. the idea seems to work.</p></blockquote><p></p>
