link is broken. i tried to find it on my own, but when i went to 'forums/multimedia/xiled design/sotw' I didn't see anywhere you can submit your sig. kinda odd. just the the threads where the actual design team members talk about themes and stuff.

you can't have your name on the sig when you submit it? that's lame as crap. I actually made an awesome sig but it incorporates my name into the sig, so it HAS to be on there for the full effect. WEAK
