I've seen a few members ecspecially higher ranks that treat lower ranks as a peon, just because their clan status says it. I don't care what rank or status you have in XG you need to treat others the way you expect to be treated.

well said, but don't forget, that's not the only issue. Some lower ranks tend to disrespect their higherups because they think it'll earn them respect.

this is a good point i see it alot as well, but i find the easiest way to deal with it is to either sit down and talk to the person, regardless of rank, and to just remind your clans at your meetings that were a family not a bunch of thugs, and to treat everyone with respect, it seems to do the trick
