Also please make sure you ask them if they have any questions or concerns. </p><p></p><p>Send your message out to the other clan members letting them know of your recruit and make sure to add in there to invite them to play with them. </p><p>On your new recruits profile please add this in their visitors messages: this is an example</p><p>Welcome to Xiled Gaming Community and to XGC FRICTION</p><p>Your Section Leader is: Add Section leaders name</p><p>Your General is : Add Generals name </p><p>Your Captain is: Add Captains name here</p><p>Your Lieutenant is : Add Lieutenants name here</p><p>CLAN meeting are SUNDAY 10 pm eastern time</p><p></p><p></p><p>You can post in this forum after you reach the rank of Private, Welcome to XGC ????? and also welcome to whatever squad!!! If you have any questions at all please contact me on here through a message or on xbox!!</p><p></p><p>This is an efficient way to make sure that our new recruits know who they are gaming with and that they know who their officers are. It is also a great way for them to know where to go when they reach private status, and in turn it also helps people feel and also know that we do pay attention to each and every individual person. </p><p></p><p>Also take time for everyone especially our new recruits, remember we have a motto “No one left behind” And I want to ensure that NOONE is left behind.
