REQUEST TO JOIN XILED MEDIA AND DESIGN:
Xiled Media and Design is currently looking for anyone interested in creating custom artwork for the members of our community and for our website. No design experience? Don't know how to create custom artwork? No problem! We are also looking for people interested in learning how to create artwork. Our knowledgeable team and in-depth tutorials can guide you along the way to creating signatures and banners for our community! The Xiled Design Team is a great way for you to grow your talents in design and have your work showcased on our website and/or social media!
WHAT DO WE DO?
We are a group of gamers/creators that work together to create excellent content for our community. This includes anything from custom artwork for our members or website, all the way into media for the events team and our social media platforms. Just like any other team, we learn and help each other grow their skill in media and design.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE ON THE MEDIA AND DESIGN TEAM?
- Design experience OR willingness to learn the skill.
- Must be able to work well with a team.
- Must be able to give and take constructive criticism.
- Creativity is an absolute plus!
- Must have access to some type of designing software. There are free programs out there. (Purchasing an expensive design program is NOT required.) If you would like some options, please ask!
- Participate in team activities and projects (i.e. Design of the Month).
- Maintain activity appropriate for your grouping.
- Complete all requests and projects in a timely manner.

- Gamertag and Username:
- How much experience do you have in design? (Remember, experience is NOT required!)
- What is your current Clan and Rank? Will this affect your ability to fill the requirements of being on the Design Team? (Please note that clan stuff should ALWAYS come first. Just be willing to communicate with us!)
- Please submit 2-3 images of your own work – be prepared to work on a Flyer, Signature or Banner Request during your application process (This will be done by following the appropriate Format & Sizes which can be located >>HERE<< )
After your request to join is submitted, a member of the Design Team will contact you to set up a short meeting about your interest in the team.
