I tell them don't come up to me till you have done everything I listed in our forums on my expectations for a promotion. After that I hardly have any of them comeing up to me asking for promotions. If they keep asking you for a promotion still and have not followed your expectations tell him what he needs to improve. Also, if they keep coming up to you asking you every day tell them they will not get promoted if they keep asking. Make sure your clan checks up on your clan forums as well.</blockquote>
