Message: <blockquote data-quote="XGC BAD COMPANY" data-source="post: 4774" data-attributes="member: 670">Ya, you guys have it exactly right.  My suggestions were more for trying to get the other members of the clan motivated to do some recruiting without me having to be there, and it works great, my clan grows surprisingly fast, and I rarely have to do any recruiting anymore.  Recruiting with a group of people in BTB in the sway Oneofeach mentioned has other positive qualities like showing people what XGC is all about, and even if they don't join, letting them see that we use teamwork and communication to achieve our positive results in the game.  It actually even works if you go into team of 4 games like hardcore, slayer, snipers etc. with 2 or 3 clan members and try to get the extra player on the team involved in the game.  Use their name and call out some shots for them.  A quick "behind you [persons name here]" or "thanks for getting that guy off me [so and so]" can work great.</blockquote>
