As for your second question it really depends on rank if its a captain than they may not need to be in that position. if you really need to talk to them keep sending invites and if their party opens up join just let them know that you need to talk to them its harder to refuse if you are in the party with them. but thats just my opinion and thats how i deal with those issues</p></blockquote><p></p>
