QUESTION FOR ALL OTHER GENERALS

Thanks for that roadway.One thing H4LF LIFE,Dracmus and I started doing was that the generals and other captains vote on who gets to be a private and who gets promoted to what ever.Now I know that other clans started doing this to.This is really a tough plan because not all the leaders show up to the meetings.So I tell the captains to promote who they want to promote.Not to promote because the one who wants the promotion says"I have enough recruits and Ive been in a while".I hear that ALOT.I trust my captains and I usually am fine with whom they promote but if there is some one that gets promoted that I dont really trust,I talk to the captain and the other guy and try to straighten it out.
I said all this mainly for the new generals.I know its tough the first couple of weeks.Your gonna make mistakes,trust me I know,so if you want to use Animosity's style of rule,by all means use it.After all,Ive been working on trying to get clans to work with,and communicate with each other more.

P.S To all you other generals,if you see me posting on other clan forums,Im getting to know all the different clans,thats all.If you dont want me to,send me a private message.

Like You My People Were Not Responding To My Pleas I Begged I Instructted I Ask Nicely And Then I Orderd None Of Which Worked Oh Ya I *****ed To The I Realized That I Was nOt A Captian Anymore And Running The Clan Is Their Job Not Yours So I Made A Rule All CpT And Lt Have To Have One Recruit A WeeK Or They Get Demoted Since Most Worked Pretty Hard To Get There They Arent Real Edger To Go Back We Have 12 Recruits Since Sunday Idont Know HoW It SOUNDS To You But It Worked For Me
