2) I am a huge fan of DragonBallZ. So for the theme if i could get it to be maybe Goku in the middle of Transforming to Super Saiyan 3. That would be awesome and much appreciated.
3) I'm not entirely sure what color scheme i would like. basically just whatever looks good with the photo you end up choosing. I will let you do what you do best. Just as long as it flows together.
