Im writing this to all who think that this the end, that they will never go up in the ranks, to those who think that this is hopeless. Well its not and i'll tell you why. The only way you'll get promoted is if you actually try to get it. I talked to people that are all like "I'm gonna leave cuz im never gonna get promoted!" And response is always "You become wat you think". Hey! dont get me wrong Im not telling u to be Stuck up and proud, im just saying think big and think hard because one u'll reach the goal and u'll look back and think "where would i be if i didnt believe?" Im sure u dont really want to know. SO please!!! Dont in! Stay strong fight hard and dont give up! Thats all i have to say.
