this is a tool to do that, everyone who wants to Rank up in XG or at a real life should want to know what areas they need to work on non of us are perfect.

You can rank them against your other captains
or
you can rank them against them selves when you perform this evaluation
a scale of 1 to 5 works here, 1 being non complient and 5 being exceptional
