xL0TUSx’s Story
xL0TUSx was asked to join XiledGamings SYN Division in October 2016. She was recruited by SYN SuddenSnake into a new clan called SYN REAPERS as xSIcxHITx.
Once she reached the rank of sergeant xL0TUSx helped to rebuild the clan unfortunately her work was over looked and she decided to transfer to SYN ENVY 7 in December 2016.
xL0TUSx helped rebuild the clan from 15 to 30 members with the help of others. In February of 2017 she was promoted to Lieutenant. She set an example by being a role model and with her hard work came more success. In May of 2017 she was promoted up to Captain of the SYN ENVY 7 VENDETTA SQUAD. Unfortunately in November 2017 she decided to step down to give other members opportunities to be in leadership positions. As a female in this community it was hard for her to get a promotion without getting criticized, overlooked, and put down.
In Early December she decided to leave the community. However, she decided to give it another shot. In December she transferred to SYN SHIPWRECKED for a change of scenery. A week later she was promoted up to a Lieutenant in the he Erebus Squad however she declined the position to stay on the Xbox 360 Clan. BO2 will always be her Home game.
At this time Lotus transferred to the Vikings Squad. She once again shows her true leadership skills and was promoted to Lieutenant and eventually Captain. Lotus showed her true leadership skills by giving another Captain in need her Lieutenant later on that month.
In Early January 2018 SYN SHIPWRECKED had clan split and SYN ZODIAC was born shortly after the General was promoted to Section Leader and the other Captain was promoted to General. Unfortunately the clan was struggling at this time and about a month later the General Stepped down and Lotus finally had her time to shine.
Early February 2018 Lotus was promoted to General over SYN ZODIAC. She was a very successful General and still is to this day. Lotus has trained 8 members who have successfully became generals of their own clans. She has also successfully split her clan into the thriving SYN ASGUARD. Lotus is a very great role model and leader who will never give up no matter what.
