And always follow up on an issue you have taken care of for someone. Make sure you know who to involve and who doesn't need to be involved with issues and problems. I have noticed a few times that if you involve the wrong person even if it is just a little thing to take care of, something can be misunderstood or become a very hostile talking situation. I got lots and lots of tips for ya but these are some more important ones I have learned to do. Hope this helps a bit.</blockquote>
