yes...but it also has more memory that comes stock....so thus it is cheaper to buy just the Elite than a 360 plus expansion memory...think about it ; )

that is a pretty impressive HD for a console....especially considering my laptop has 160 gigs

i would say its probably worth it if you don't own a 360, or need to replace your 360. If you have a perfectly fine working 360, you probably don't need to get an elite 360. thats my take on it.
