One of our guys forgot his password for his email he used on the website and his password for the website so we need help to figure out a way for him to get back on the site so plz let me know something we can do ty

I can't help you there but I can warn you that the maximum signature size is 500x200. You may revcieve an infraction if not fixed.

I would suggest talking to your General or XS and they will be able to get in contact with an admin in XGC.
