I made the mistake of taking my best recruiters with me because they were my friends so now my new clan is running better then any and the old one has only a couple of recruiters so it is hard for them. In order to run your new clan the right way i suggest recruiting smart instead of in numbers because I am sure you are in no hurry to split again haha.
