NAME CHANGE REQUEST

I have tried several times to request a new username: SYN Nemesis
It says that the name goes against the rules and guidelines. That is my gamertag and that's why I wanted to change it to that. Can someone help me with this problem? Thanks.

cuz i had accidentally set my name as SYN Madness
and then i hear that i have to become a leutenent to put the SYN in my name
so i just requested to change it to: markieMADNESS since that is my gamertag anyways
