Metal, rock, classic rock... and some pop n country (like Johnny Cash, Carrie Underwood and Matchbox20).
my favorite kinda music, hard to narrow it down, i listen to everything from gospel and new age to death metal and murder rap and everything in between
I listen to anything that, in addition to being good, is not annoying or irritating.
Fun fact, not every song is a dance song, nor is it appropriate for every audience.
It can simply throw off their groove, especially if it is annoying or irritating to someone.
Sometimes it's just the sound system, the quality of recording, or someone's playing off key.
Trance music is great for Games where concentration is key like StarCraft.
You can also take your knowledge of the songs to give you an idea of how much time has passed.

I would be cool with that if it had no lyrics. I am just not really big on trance/techno style.

Blood pigs is an amazing song. I saw otep on the ozzfest tour back 2001 (i think) but they put on a great live show
It was a crazy concert. I saw some chick come out on stage and i thought she was going to introduce the next band and the music for blood pigs started and then she started to sing and my thoughts were wtf. I want to see arch enemy live.
Avenged Sevenfold - Beast And The Harlot was the only song good enough to my liking.
