First off, I just wanna say that I love this game and can't bring myself to playing anything else. So being that they discontinued the best headsets they've made for the 360, I went on a hunt and found a pair made just for MW2 and it's great. It goes around the neck with an earpiece for the ear, and it's good because it picks up sound really well and you don't have to yell into the mic to be heard. Are there any other MW2 fan like me, and if so, who else has this headset?

I was thinkinof getting it but it had some terrible reviews... is the mute switch really is bad as they say? [im still contemplating getting one]
what was said about the mute switch? i do find it's location a bit inconvenient cuz it's so close to the ear piece that you can't see it but other than that no other complaints
The reviews said that it sometimes mutes itself b'cause its a slider switch and so if you touch it by accident you may unknowingly mute it..
I never seen this headset, but i do own the MW2 Wired controller, with the two "Combat" buttons, and it's a nice think it's a great controller. Wider LB and RB buttons, Side grips, LED in the joysticks, and two switches and buttons on the back which can be programmed for one of three button presses on either side. such as the left C button could be Left stick click, A or B. While the Right C can be Right Stick click X or a Y button press.
the one wit the volume and mute switch on the plug that attaches to the controller. those were the best cuz u didn't have to search for the cord to find the mute switch, it was right by your thumb
wireless battery sucks and so does the mute action. Yes im obsessed with the mute action on mics as i often need to mute myself while being interrupted by annoying family members.
Anyway im still on the edge of the cliff for this MW2 headset as its around $70 bucks here, which is a lot of money to spend on a headset for me.
Guys not to beat a dead bush, but im still rocking the Original Turtle Beach X1's and they are awesome, I know its $59.99 at bestbuy but they are worth it. The are wired so you have to deal with that, but its worth it. Also i wish i could find an old 360 headset, i had one that lasted for a year and was awesome, the new ones are crap.
Sadly the only headsets available in NZ stores are the xbox 360 one and the MW2 one. Otherwise i woulda got the turtle beach ones along time ago, although here they would probably be $90-$100 or so.
Well dude im guessing you have internet, since your posting on here, so why not order them online, I take it NZ stands for New Zealand?
