4 main pieces of the reasons of KoG and XGC
1. For all members to be able to assure that all KoG and XGC members are treated with the same respect, and equality of every other gamer on xbox live, regardless of their rank, or ability to play well, whether it's halo2 gears of war, ect.
2. Be provided in health, enough leaders availible, to insist that all things are running smoothely, that way it doesn't create a catastrophy.
3. Members success is easily obtained, and rewarded, by them ranking at their own pace.
4. Members all have the right to amuse themself, but not at the extent of the other members - why we can't cheat, or mod, or trash talk (this includes teebagging) try not to enjoy Xbox live at the extent of others.

Recruit are there to learn more about KoG, and to prove that they are worthy of becoming anything that is a higher rank, such as private and sargeant, they are very important to the clan.
Private's main responsablity is to recruit and make sure that their recruits are of good quality, and will help the clan run smoothely.
Sargeant's basic job is to help captains in their squad by telling them great ideas for squad practices, and games. They are also there to assure that the privates are doing their job correct, in maintaining a clan of good quality and stature.
Lt.'s responsability is to help their captains, and assist them in the training and practices of their squad, and assurance that every member of the squad is treated the same, and gets the training they need to move up the KoG chain.
Captain's main job is to make sure every single person in their squad gets the training they need to, in order to be ready, and able to get the recruits that abide to the rules of Quality over Quanity. But also remember that recruiting is not everything. A general really appreciates it when you help them out as well; with things such as the clan list and maintaining a nice even squad.
General's main responsablity in running a clan, is to make sure that all Captains, let alone all members, are doing their job correctly, and by doing so, making their the experiance as a KoG member, or an XGC member, a good one. They are also there to guide their members into a well-organized clan and assure that everybody is comfortable enough to create a posative atmosphere.
A Section Leader's main responsability in running between 4 and 12 KoG, or XGC clans, is to assure that all the Generals are doing their job in running their clans smoothely, and are not going to create a gaming community that is a corrupt, and will just plain fall apart. They watch over their generals and clans just enough so that they are not telling them how to run it. They also maintain an example as a great leader. Remember, running a clan is not the same as running a section.
A Division Leader's basic job is the most important responsability, in all of the Xiled Gaming community. Their job is to assure that their gaming community is a smoothe one.
Council Member's\Leader's The council member's responsability is huge. The council created KoG and they should be treated with the outmost respect. They're the reason we have KoG, XGC, SYN, XG, and all other things.
the Main responsability is to inspire a posative atmosphere. chances are if you're in a negative clan, you're gonna act, and/or think in a negative way, however, if you're in a clan that has a posative atmosphere, you're gonna act, and/or think in a posative way. Thus creating an atmosphere that is enjoyed by everyone.
If you're gonna be in a clan that cheats/trashtalks then that's gonna affect what you do and how you think and act, you're not only responsable for what you do or how you do it, but your clan as well.
