Since Charlie Company is a company in the Army. I was thinking for the background to be a desert possibly, with US army soldiers waking in the desert. And for the name “Charlie Company” could be Black (Mirage) and at the top of the banner. And the two most symbolic things in the military is the dog tags/Purple Heart medals. The dog tags on the bottom right side. And the Purple Heart medals on the bottom left side.
