It drives me nuts whenever I review a thread or reply on the forum and find grammatical errors. Especially if it's something I put time and effort into. Anyone else have this issue?

Other people's mistakes is not something I can control, it's just not worth the fuss, so I don't get worked up over it. It's my mistakes, especially the ones I don't catch before making a post the irritate me.
Just goes to show that a post edit system could be implemented on this site. I think it may be a waste of time as I doubt others will edit their posts if they have an error. Sucks that people don't really have a sense of grammar. Funny watching serious grammar fails though.
