If he was merely talking over you, or expressing his own opinions, I would definately not say he isnt a "match" for your clan, and would, talk to him a little bit. Give him a pep talk if you will, illustrating to him how our community is structrued, and that although it is open for suggestion, by criticizing the way XG operates, he might not be a fit for any division in our community. Also, I would make it a point to let everyone in the clan that if they are going to be disruptive in a meeting, to simply leave, and not waste your time. Regarding your intentions of transferring him out, understand that in XG, we do not ever transfer problems. Chances are if he is causing problems in your clan, he will no doubt cause problems in any divsion, SYN or not. So, I would not tranfer him to another clan, and place the burden upon someone else. I would like I said, speak with him, let him know the way in which he should approcah you when and if he has a problem with the workings of our community or your clan in particular, but that intentional disruptions or disrespect is not tolerated.
