Those do not go into the Help Desk.  The process which is stated in the thread for making a new squad and has been spammed on XBL is for a Section Leader to get the squad approved first, then make a request in the Help Desk.  What the Help Desk is used for is direct things needed for the website and in the community which is what was put out in the meetings.
