I am interested to know what your plan of action is. Please explain (not that I need assistance I am just curious).
Their is a legal binding contract that everyone agree's to upon purchasing any electronic which includes internet value, also every time you get on a gamr or webpage you agree to follow all rules. Well if someone comes to me with an issue in regards to buying stolen items, I obtain their IP address, look through their servers to find a valid address, once I can get an address I report the problem to the proper people. They look into it and figure out the real deal and it gets settled from there.
