General's Meeting Notes and Attendance for 10/18/09

- CoD 4 tournament wednesday hosted by XGC DUKE XD, check his forums for time and more details

- Mongoose races the 23rd at 9est hit up syn shadowdemon

- SYN Phantom XS is holding a doubles tournament on halo 3 the 24th at 8est

- Add syn leaders tag, captains can be on the tag but they must have something regarding they are a captain in their motto

- Good job on recruiting

- Division leaders are here for you guys if you have any suggestions or just want to play or chat hit them up and they will be glad to help you out on anything you

got

- SYN will not be getting shut down, there are people spreading rumors about the leaders and approaching our members, if you have any doubts or questions, contact a leader

- If anyone wants to hold a tournament for syn only please make sure to send a spam message out and include the syn leaders tag. for an all xg tournament contaact your section leader, get it approved, and then post a thread on their forums.

- Make sure to bring up an issue to your leaders and dont talk it amongst yourselves

Any new clans or clan tags that need to be made need to be SYN _____ CT, if the name is too long shorten it, example, Oblivion to Oblvn.

Make sure that the General's are responsible for their Clan's and Section.

Leader's are in charge of the Clan's overall performance. Any problems within the Clan will be dealt with the General of the Clan.

Make sure members that come back due to amnesty month are put in the correct division.

Meeting notes for: November 15, 2009

Regarding K1NG: K1NG has broken his elbow. Because of the fact he's on medication, please follow up after any conversation with him, with a PM on the site.

Duties & MW2: With Modern Warfare 2 out, please remind everyone to continue doing their jobs. Its an amazing game, but we still have our duties and people relying on us.
Keep up on Clan Lists
Make sure Captains are updating Squad Lists
Keep recruiting, MW2=golden opportunity
Spend time with new recruits

Nexus Usergroup = Not visible in 'Join a Clan' section. Being addressed

Regarding people coming back: Do not refer them directly to K1NG as per his request. Send them to your respective Section Leader and we'll arrange a meeting.

Usergroups: We'll be cleaning out the usergroups sometime soon. Weeding out those who have left or gone excessively innactive. Generals can do their part by going through their usergroups and finding who should remain, since you are probably more familiar with your members.

SYN Bi-Weekly MW2 Tournament: In Works
Teams are done through 'your clan'.
Team members can only be from 'your clan'
No guests allowed
Clans are allowed to have multiple tourney teams
Encourages gameplay between clans / meeting people
Will be run through SYN K1NG XD'S forums
Will most likely be held on Sunday nights
Different mode(s) every 2 weeks
6v6

Meeting notes for: November 22, 2009

Great job recruiting! Everyones doing a great job, keep it up!

Usergroups: We'll be going through the usergroups to clear them out very soon. Generals should be doing this already, but you should expect to hear from your XS/XD to arrange for a time to go through it in detail.

SYN LEADER GT: Generals, please make sure your Captains have send a FR to this tag. Also please remind them that their Clan Name and Rank should be listed somewhere within their Motto, Location, or Bio. Preferrably Motto

People coming back: If your having any problems with a members who recently returned, please send a message or speak with your XS or SYN K1NG XD

Clan Lists: Please make sure your Clan Lists are updated normally (1st/15th of month) and that Captains are updating theirs accordingly.

SYN Division Tournaments: Our upcoming bi-weekly (re-occurring) events will be starting up in the next few weeks and we need everyone to prepare. Generals/Captains, should inform their members of the event (regularly), as well as refer them to K1NG XD's forum to vote for future event gametypes/maps and register their team.
