IF THERE WAS A MOVIE YOU WANT TO SEE A REMAKE OR A SECOND ONE OF WHAT WOULD IT BE?

Would love for a new official lord of the rings movie or Freddy vs Jason movie

Agreed on LoTR, there's so much more material they could do movies around like The Silmarillion, Children of Hurin, Roverandum...or even continuing the story from the end of Return of the King.

Not a horror movie fan lol but I'm sure a lot of people would love to see more Freddy vs. Jason.

Unfortunately, there will never be any more LoTR movies One of the sons of JRR Tolkien HATES Peter Jackson because he feels like Peter did a horrible job with the movies (I want to know what he's smoking). And because of this he refuses to give anyone the movie rights to make any more movies based on Middle Earth. Even if someone else stepped forward to make the movies (like Ridley Scott) they wouldn't be able to. The son (and the rest of the children for that matter) have stated that when they die, they are leaving it in their wills that anybody and everybody will be blocked from making any more movies. *sigh* *cries in the fetal position*

Yeah, not a lot of people do. When my major was Film Production, I was looking into Peter Jackson and The Silmarillion for a research paper. He had plans to make the movie, which was planned on coming out later this year or early next year, but he was blocked by Tolkien's kids. Broke my heart. I will never understand why they hate him and his productions. I personally think he did an AMAZING job, and don't think anyone else could have done it the way he did or have his imagination for the series. He almost got blocked from doing The Hobbit, but he had already bought the movie rights for it, so there was nothing Tolkien's kids could do about it.

What the heck, I didn't know that either! Ugh that kid needs someone to slap some sense into him. I have read all the books and I know the movies didn't match them perfectly but it was a really difficult task that I think Peter Jackson handled super well, I'd like to see that son try to do it lol
