Without that, it will be much more of a challenge for leaders to keep those squads working together cohesively. Although it is possible, it will be something that will be unnessecarily difficult. As far as people getting butthurt and leaving... If someone isn't doing the right thing, isn't it right to have a way to keep them under the microscope? The same reasons those people leave are the same reasons the most dedicated XG members are happy. It's time to start embracing valueable members and stop coddling the dead weight.</p></blockquote><p></p>
