I love my clan! I love the XGC, but really what does it for me is my clan and the bond that we have. Not that the XGC itself isn't fantastic, and not that I am not obsessed with Halo2, but I would not be online half as much if it weren't for Nightmare and the organization of all of our XGC clans. Like Lucky said, I am a diehard XGC member and will stay that way, but I can't imagine being able to stay as easily organized as we are now. And I definitely mingle amongst the different clans, but Nightmare is a platform for me to interact with other members. Nightmare is my core, and without it I don't feel that H2 would be the same for me. Also, I think that the 360 specific clan list could be good, but it would have to be larger than 100 members, as not everyone is going to have every game that the clan plays. I think at that point figuring out who plays what might get tedious... We would all have to run out and get different tags for different games, and maybe that is their plan, to create revenue to support clans. I know that there have been a lot of problems that have arisen because of the clans in H2, and I'm sure that bungie would save a ton of money not having to deal with them at all, but I still feel that game-specific clans are beneficial for all. Perhaps instead of punishing those of us who enjoy clans and don't abuse them, they should look at those who abuse the priveledge and figure out ways of preventing that abuse.
