I have put together an eLearning tutorial called "Recruiting 101". This is only a pilot for a much bigger scope, but the idea is simple. The eLearning provides an interactive way to learn about the recruiting process. This tutorial is pretty bare and dry but like I said, this is a pilot. If your clans like the concept, I'm going to put more time into constructing a more in depth and engaging tutorial (probably a revamped version of the recruiting tutorial). From there, I can begin making tutorials for different aspects and responsibilities within the clans.
